Domestic Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders 1-8 working days after purchase using Fedex next day delivery. If you require alternative delivery options, please contact us.
International Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders 1-8 days after purchase. If you require alternative delivery options, please contact us. International orders will be shipped with FedEx Priority which aims to arrive within two working days.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to shipments. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays with customs or due to shipping issues.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us to arrange return within 30 days of purchase. We will happily provide an exchange or refund, however please note that postage will not be refunded.
If any items are damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Experiences & Gift Certificates
Once an experience is booked, cancellation for a full refund is possible within 24 hours of booking the experience.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and will expire 12 months after the purchase date. They can be used on any London Wildflower products or for London Wildflower experiences subject to date availability.
